Make the most of your visit,
please read our FAQ below before arriving.

Saturday 6th April 2019 at the SEC, Glasgow.

General Admission opening times 10am – 6pm.
Premium Ticket holders will gain access 30 minutes prior to opening at 9:30am.

General Admission: £11 online. These tickets will be £15 on the door.
VIP: £20 online. These tickets will be £25 on the door.

Children aged 3 and under: Free. Please ensure you add a free ticket to your order when purchasing online.

All tickets can be purchased online in advance through our ticketing agent, click here.
Tickets will also be available to purchase on the door at an increased rate.
VIP tickets are extremely limited.

All exhibitor spaces, stands and trading tables will be around all day.

Parking is available at the large multi-storey car park located at the front of the SEC building. There are 1600 spaces in the multi storey and the address is 10 Stobcross Road, Glasgow, G3 8YW. Please be aware the multi-storey car park has a height restriction of 1.9m.

The multi-story car park at the SEC is operated by City Parking (Glasgow) LLP and parking charges will apply. Please see here.The car parks to the west of the SEC will also be open and parking charges are £8 for up to 12 hours. Both car parks are controlled by the venue and City Parking LLP.

As the show is only open for one day, we would highly recommend getting down early for opening times to ensure you get the most from suppliers, and traders. This will also ensure you have enough time to browse the expo and take advantage of any feature areas you want to get involved with.

As well as exhibitors and traders at the show, we will also have multiple feature areas for our visitors. Please visit our features page to see everything that will be happening at the show. We are always updating, so be sure to check back.

Plan the stands you want to visit by checking our exhibitor list before you come to the show. This will be launched in due course.

Pets are not allowed in to the venue. The only exceptions are guide dogs.

The show is held at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC), Exhibition Way, Glasgow, G3 8YW.

Our ‘Downtown’ will have a range of coffees available with a seating area for visitors to chill out and meet others.
There will be a number of suppliers in the show offering food options.
The Clydebuilt Bar and Kitchen located on the SEC concourse will also be open throughout the show.

Access:
The SEC main building has automatic doors at both East and West entrances. All event space in the main building are situated at ground level.

Wheelchairs:
A limited number of wheelchairs are available, however visitors are advised to bring their own wheelchair if possible and is appropriate to the chosen transport method.  To request a wheelchair in advance, please use the dedicated web form – https://www.sec.co.uk/visitor-information/accessibility. Visitors who have not booked in advance, please visit the SEC Cloakroom for more information on arrival.

Toilets:
The SEC has disabled and accessible toilets situated on the main concourse and in all exhibition/event halls.

If you require medical assistance, please inform a member of our stewarding team or any member of venue staff. First-aid and medical staff are available at all events and will be called to assist.

Yes Clydesdale Bank ATM facilities are available on the SEC complex, the closest being on the SEC Concourse outside the event entrance.

Yes there is a cloakroom located on the main concourse.

Please note that the organisers will be taking photographs/filming during the show for marketing purposes.  Entering the hall will grant full permission to be filmed or photographed and any use of such materials.  If you do not want to participate or have any questions please contact us in advance at info@urbuhnavenue.com  or inform a member of staff in the organisers office on arrival at the event.
